Extract
Given that women's empowerment is a transverse issue, all goods that can be considered as common (urban, environmental, genetical, related to knowledge, etc) are affected. That vision can help redefining prosperity as well as justice. They put into application fundamental principles: emphasis on the durability of the project, insistence on social link and quality of life, participative experiences and learning of the collective action, mobilization of some kind of hybrid political action that involve public authorities, communities and citizen networks at the same time.
In that sense and even if it can at first seem to be strange, I think that the women's empowerment project can be part of the logic of "common good", material as immaterial. This is not a theoretical fancy or a new trendy slogan: this is a horizon that can lead to solutions for action.
