 Millennia2025 digintelles 2.0 :

Collective intelligence and digital skills

as drivers for empowerment

Labelled in May 2020 by UN Women France et Generation Equality Voices,
in partnership with the State Secretariat responsible for Equality between Women and Men and Fight against Discrimination of the French Republic

the Millennia2025 Foresight tool enforced during the pandemic

with EpidemiXs Coronavirus

> Presentation of digintelles 2.0 [pdf]

> Presenting digintelles 2.0 [mp4]

digintelles is a Millennia2025 label meaning:

"dig" = digital (digital skills);

"int" = intelligence (collective intelligence) and

"elles" = she, women (empowerment, equality, leadership).

We are mobilizing for digintelles 2.0, the Millennia2025 Foresight tool which is particularly strategic in the unprecedented context of the coronavirus and the too long confinements it imposes on us.

The presentation of digintelles is included among the official documents of the UN Commission on the status of women (CSW64), in the World Summit on the Information Society 2020 Stocktacking Report (WSIS) and the action is labeled by UN Women France.

The pandemic is changing our lives, threatening our health, weakening human relationships. Collective intelligence associated with digital skills have become essential to communicate and reorganize ourselves on every personal, family, social or professional basis. Online communication is now essential, even at the local level, of all generations.

Inequalities are all the more acute, particularly for the younger generations.

Too many women and girls all over the world are dramatically affected and violence against women escalates terribly during the confinements.

We invite you, from all regions, individually or with your associations and communities, to contribute to digintelles 2.0: please take a few minutes of your confined time to answer 7+1 questions online.

Your testimony will contribute to the report that the Millennia2025 Women and Innovation Foundation will distribute to decision-makers in order to strengthen  freedoms, health, education, equality and women's economic leadership (in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals - SDGs).

The digintelles tool will remain open to allow you to spread this call to your networks and to mobilize them to contribute. We will present the first results in the context of the Generation Equality Forum, a global online gathering for equality between women and men organized by UN Women in 2021, including a particular motivation as Marie-Anne Delahaut is, since 2019, an active member of the UN Women Beijing+25 Generation Equality Advisory Committee Working Group.

Thanks to those of you who have already contributed (and you may want to renew your answers as the situation has changed) and welcome to All!

> digintelles is developed by the Millennia2025 Women and Innovation Foundation in partnership with The Destree Institute.
