Summary

 

In short summary, the members of the Millennia2015 Think Tank consider as important:

 

- concerning health :

to eradicate mortality health;

to eliminate or strongly reduce communicable fatal diseases;

to enable everyone accessing healthcare;

to give all women and girls access to reproductive health, vaccinations, safe abortion and prevention to cancer;

to involve States so that those rights to health that confirm women's empowerment are enshrined in laws;

to act at a political and societal level to structurally circumcised AIDS pandemic of which 60% of women are victims in Africa;

to totally stop maternal mortality;

to make emergency birthing centres available to women in developing countries and remote areas; 

 

- concerning education:

to increase schooling rates, especially for girls;

to increase and upgrade education providers, teaching tools  and infrastructures fitted to cultural and linguistic contexts;

to definitively achieve equality between women and men in laws and ensure their enforcement;

to guarantee on the long run equality of girls and boys regarding instruction and quality trainings; 

 

- concerning environment:

to durably adapt food security and agriculture progress to climate changes with a good governance;

to raise awareness and give means of action to manage climate change and environment to all;

to relieve women and girls from constraints imposed by their natural environment and their culture in order to strengthen their empowerment and growth;

to nationally plan preservation of biological resources, sustainable management and use of biodiversity elements;

to recognize women as leaders and managers of their environment;

to establish access to safe drinking water for all and nearby homes; to durably ensure control of food production to eradicate hunger;

to ensure food security for all facing risks due to climate change and natural disasters; 

 

- concerning governance:

to achieve peace negotiations in countries in conflicts;

to enhance and promote actions of development and peace led by women;

to stop and condemn violence towards women and girls, especially when they work for the survival of their families;

to control traffic between poor countries and prosperous countries to stop trafficking of human beings, slavery and corruption;

to control the power of money to jam exploitation of human beings and especially of women and girls;

to stop child labour and exploitation organized by governments, private sector and financial institutions;

to globally legislate to forbid forced marriages, marriage of children and teenagers under 18;

to strengthen the use of indicators of extreme poverty and of application of human rights to protect women and girls;

to mobilize governments and international community for the care and protection of refugees and internal displaced among whom a majority of women and girls, during armed conflicts and natural disasters.

033. HOW WOULD IT BE IF trafficking had serious controls, and that especially trafficking from poor to wealthier countries were more monitored, with victim safety and service paramount, but focus on stopping the corruption and human slavery of trafficking? 

033. ET SI le trafic était sérieusement contrôlé, et en particulier le trafic des pays pauvres vers les pays plus riches, avec un service prioritaire de protection des victimes et avec comme objectif de mettre fin à la corruption et la traite des êtres humains ? 

 

034. HOW WOULD IT BE IF power and money could NOT buy almost anything in this world, anyone human, so that exploitation was not rampant, child labour stopped, and the spreading of the classes did not manipulate as by international financial institutions, governments, private sector?
