Definition of the variable
Women, digital divides and internet governance: the fight against women's illiteracy to bridge the digital divide and value the social utility of computers;
the localization of the internet as vector of equality between girls and boys;
the effective and meaningful participation of developing countries in internet governance procedures to bridge the digital divide in the context of the WSIS and the MDG;
the vocabulary shifts induced by the internet governance at the technical, economical and juridical levels, with new key words validated by women citizens and researcher: confidence rather than security, asymmetry correction rather than equity, responsibility rather than transparency, right to diversity rather than inclusion, adaptability rather than achievement, exchange economy rather than knowledge economy

321 source-variables (vs) have been extracted from the best sequences of the 62 interventions presented during Millennia2015's first international conference about "Information transfer" in Liege, 7 and 8 March 2008. Those source-variables have been connected to the main 37 variables in 3 rounds of choices (c1-c2-c3). The source-variables are presented in 2 languages: firstly the original language of the intervention (English or French), secondly the translation (English or French). Those source-variables contribute to define and explain the 37 variables.
